Yes, I certainly find it ironically funny.  Heard of local news coverage of a famous kite event on the west coast a year or two ago.  Many masters of
two & four line sport kite flying were in attendance as usual.  Of course they were flying team & tricking their kites like mad no doubt.  But
who made the news?  Some flier, not an actual registered participant, flying a stack of kites outside the cordoned off area.  But then again
spectators really like stacked kites zooming around the sky with nice tails flowing.

Haha, Yeah we have an annual event here in Chicago that I still have yet to see in the paper.  Can't decide if I am just not looking hard enough, or
if they aren't showing it.  Kids with kites.  I always sneak into the "Professional flyers" area because I know the local kite shop people.  None of
them will sponsor me with kites, but I certainly look the part when I demo their stuff in the pro fields.  Because of my foil experience, I am a half
decent rev flyer!
