After the barefooting I'm most impressed by that tip drag to spin at 1:30 :cool2:

I do think kiting just hit a new level :eekdrull:

Sweet kitesurfing skills just wish he wasn't doing such huge jumps in such shallow water with no brain bucket. Just makes me shiver that this is promoted as "good" kitesurfing.

agreed.


the tip drag was pretty awesome though.

I can't figure out how he was somehow hovering about 2 ft off the water long enough to pick his feet back up out of barefoot position put the board back on in the air and then put his feet back down like he was just hanging from a tree.

looks unnatural I think he used magic somewhere, yep that must be it!

Being grossly overpowered with a depower kite will let you "hover" for sure.
The tip drag was awesome but the shallow water jumps made me cringe. I used to do huge shallow water jumps until I snapped my leg a couple hundred yards from shore.

I landed hundreds of huge jumps but only screwed up one of them. 8 years later my leg still hurts on occasion and my ankle is still bruised.
