Dude - that's heaven! You're gonna miss that if you end up over here - that's for sure. There's nothing like that to my knowledge in Alberta. Maybe a
farmer's field but no mile long stretch of sand.

kite....straight onshore...freakin a....I don't think it gets much better than that...you are a lucky man!

Its a Rhombus Amun race kite. Pembrey is about 7 miles and the beach next to it is Pendine. Its 8 miles and they used to do the old land speed
records on it

Both are fantastic beaches ... so long, smooth, flat and HARD. I did 80 miles in one session couple of weekends ago, and turned less than 25 times
the whole afternoon ... I wasn't using the whole length of the beach either.
The beach is so hard a friend set a kiteboard speed of over 46mph (Access 6m) last year. Gawd I've never seen anything so scary ...
If you are ever over in the UK have words with Kiteboyza. He is the chairman of CLSC the club that allows access to both beaches, and keeps these
fantastic resources open for us!

Kiteboyza,
Looks like a great spot. I dragged the marker closer to the roads on the left. If it's not right, just drag and drop it to the right spot, after
clicking the "Edit Spot" button (the pencil & paper icon).
Thanks
Bill
