Best place to camp in Santa Cruz?


My wife and I have decided to go down to Santa Cruz for Christmas this year and I've been looking at the different ones. i've decided it's hard to find the right one without seeing it! :P . Does any one have any insight on the campgrounds near Santa Cruz? Thanks in advance! :)

and I assume you are talking about santa cruz california. Not sure if there is another santa cruz, but I just wanted to clarify, thats along drive from ID.

If you mean California, Sunset Beach State Park is 16 miles south with 91 camping sites - open year round:

Yeah, it will be a long drive from ID :) 11.5 hours ;P . Yeah Santa Cruz, Cali. Sunset Beach looks cool

I have some friends who like sunset also.
If you need a rv spot seacliff state beach is a great spot.

Sweet! Yeah, sorry i didn't respond on the last one but we will be tent camping. I'll definitely look into sunset.
