I think we put down about 350 oysters. 10lbs of salmon, braughts, burger, steak, beans, sea bass, uhhhh oh and endless home made 'stuffs'. way too much beer....bring your potatoes for the potato gun night. I've got two kites for the kite burning. 1-3.0 m pansh blaze (pos), and a quadrifoil c-2 (second c-2 of SOBB)....

swav usually brings all the jokes....

It's a very casual event with no registration and no cost. It is helpful though that if you are able to make it to just let us know for that we have an idea of how many and who to expect.

We do have a lot of hard pack sand at low tide so standard size tires are fine. BUT, bigfoots do help make it a big plus. Not only expanding the beach but we also have a blast riding on the side of the dunes, turns it into 3D riding.

In the past and I can't commit to it yet this year, but we set up a buggy town (camping) on the property of a long time kiter. Will know more on that later.

I would have thought that this was an educational trip. Your kids will get a chance to see a place where history was made: Lewis and Clarke. They will be close to Mt St Helens. Take them by Crater Lake and then back down the coast. They will learn more by traveling than they ever will in a class room.
Then you have all stuff about wind power they can learn.
Hope I see you there.

Kite companies seem to be moving in opposite directions: Peter Lynn is making 24m kites, while Sky Country is making 8m speed wings.
Ozone Samurai 3m
Sky Country Reflex 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10m new 6m!
Sky Country Alasca 10m - sold

Jojo Rage 8m

The "shanghied" in astoria play. The coster theatre in cannon beach.
The "goonies" house in Astoria. The column. Youngs river falls.
Local Fresh seafood

scenic everything.
