That's Dennis,

He and his S.O. have came here from Easter Europe and brought along Skycountry www.skycountry.ca . They are from a paragliding background but have brought in some Skycountry kites as well. Tonya in particular is falling in love with buggies.

If I'm correct Tonya will be joining the Vancouver crew at NABX. She won't have the new Uber thin racekites in on time but the Reflex is a unique kite in many ways. Even if you don't have time to fly one you should take the time to look at the kite itself. The finish on the material is very slick . I'm completely SOLD on whatever the tight mesh material on the vents is. I wonder if the Playa dust will even make it through :wow: Flexi should adopt it !!!

I quick look at Skycountry kites up close is well worth the time ! They are a joy to fly as well.

P.S. that's me with the yellow hoody :D

Kites:1.5 SLE Rev\', indoor Rev\', 4.6m NPW5, 2.5m Profoil , 4.9m QuadrifoilXL kitesurfer,15m Pansh Aurora, 9m Flexi Blade II, 7m Flysurfer Pulse , 14m Gin Eskimo.

Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads

Rides: Ivanpah, Flexi / P.L. Frankin\'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, Technica + Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. .

Ken 3 posted the photo. He is a buggy nut :wink2:

Tonya is a PKF member and I know Dennis is a powerkitecanada member.
I'll be sure to mention the fun they can have.

Is there a good time for Dune soaring or could they combine it with SOBB ???

whenever the winds are west about 10mph, like today. the dunes offer sweet lift. you can fly them for about 3-6 miles either direction of launch, are B in the s. jetty....

nw winds you can run down to 'kiwandis' or Sollie. Look for popcorn in the sky during Nw and there are tons of places to fly...

If you come to Sunset or anywhere in NW oregon bring the wings! Lets go fly!
