Southwest of England UK (always perfect)

Hi all, i thought i'd tell ya all about my favourite flying place near where i live. In southwest of England, fairly close to the city of Bristol, there is a nice place called "Weston-Super-Mare". when the tide is out, there is acres of sand to use for flying. the tide does come in quick, and if you get too close to the water when the tide is out, the sand is actually quicksand/mud.. but there is plenty of room to avoid these areas, the beach is a fair few miles long.

in the populated area of the beach (near the town) there is a section specifically marked off for wind powered crafts, and the rest of the less populated beach is open to use..

and it is never, NOT windy down there. people are pretty friendly too.

so if your ever in the area, grab your gear and head there. reasonably nice town too, with plenty of bars, and stuff to do..

happy flying :singing:
