I'm looking for any info on decent places to fly in the sort of South West/Central Scotland area, thinking of heading over to Ayr one weekend, also thinking of trying out Strathclyde Park, see if I can find a big enough bit of grass to fly there.

Anyone else on here local to me and fancy a meet up sometime?

Have you tried the Prestwick end of Troon beach. Not flown there myself yet but have seen land and surf kiters there.

I have also been looking for some urban locations in Glasgow but have not found a decent bit of grass with no obstructions.
