Went to ride buggy today at my goto local spot and was greeted by closed gates to make room for a Christmas Light show......So now, its's not available until after the first week in January.

Bummer, however you may go unnoticed and slip in under the radar if you adorn your buggy and kite with Christmas lights

:D That's a great idea. I'll get a Santa suit and a fake beard. I'll see if I can figure out how to make a kite look like a reindeer.

December 2024 Update - NO LIGHT SHOW THIS YEAR! Not sure why but probably they just didn't make enough money on it last year. Wasn't a bad light show - we even went one night. So my winter riding spot is now open again, and I've already been out 3 times.

Is that the car park by the lake?

No -the big field with the little roller coaster in the background. There is a light show at the lake every year but a different location.

Oh okay. I've been down to the lake only a handful of times this year. Maybe I'll start using the big field too.

What ever happened to kteguru? I was looking forward to hearing about his road trip to IBX earlier this year and that was the last I heard from him! Hope he's doing alright.
