Kite buggying Near Arcata and Fort Braggs

Hi ,
Does anyone have any experience buggying in Northern California North of Mendocino? I'm going to be there next week, buggy and kites in hand and want to do some buggying. I saw a YouTube video called Kite Buggy Humboldt 2919. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Th5SVeZxtbs

Does anyone know where this is?

Also I saw 10 mile beach (only 4 miles long) on Google Maps and it looks like a goo spot. Does anyone know about it?

Are there any other spots in this area to kite Buggy?

Oh yeah,

I lived right there for a decade BEFORE I started with kites.
I learned to windsurf in Big Lagoon, just to the north.

It's the streach from Clam Beach,to Moonstone Beach, near Mckinleyville and Arcata Airport.
Just South of Trinidad, CA. That's Trinidad Head visible just to the North.
Beatiful place.

Always on the steep part of the learning curve.

Misc. other kites, never getting out of their bags.
Riding a Libre Fullrace with an AQR on the beach
Riding a Blokart inland when gust factor > 4
And a couple Manta Singles for friends to ride.

The beach at Crescent City would be a great beach, but I don't know if it is allowed.
