ReJIBE

Hey guys, our annual beach trip (usually including JIBE) was moved to Oct. ... That said, I'll be on Saint Simons Island and probably Jekyll mid October ... if anyone is around, we can wave to each other from 6 ft away

Hope to get to see some of y'all.

I will keep my eye on Jekyll weather and tides. Let us all know when you get there.

ReJIBE on Saint Simons has been less than favorable... Primarily, wind direction has consistently been unfavorable with winds blowing either straight up or straight down the beach. Had one session with the 4m NASA and made it work as best as possible. May get a good session tomorrow, hopefully.

Meeting JimSSI & Toby on JI tomorrow if it doesn't rain ... decent looking wind... fingers crossed

There's been a few cranky beach going tourists here on SSI!

It was coo coo pants wind today: NNE 18 gusting to 22.

Somehow, after using them all week, both my NASA stars had bridles that were a complete mess; not sure how that happened. So after some hesitation, I put up the 6m P1... after a 60' long butt scud at take off, I had that thought along the lines of "well how the heck am I going to get this back on the ground when the time comes...

Fortunately I had a change of pants.

Fun day though!
