NAPKA website and other info

Good morning. There is some website things going on with the Napka site. It is in process of being pieced back together and getting it back up and running. While we are getting receipt of payments for your membership, getting registration done is currently under work. Things should be back to normal in a few days. Once they are I will do a test on my end and then let everyone know it's back up and running.

Membership cards.
I am changing the format for membership cards while things are being worked on for the site. The new cards will be printed like ID cards, about the size of credit cards. The new ID machine will be ordered later today and as soon as it comes in I will work on getting everyone's ID cards caught up to date. Once I have it and go through what I think needs to be caught up on I will ask if anyone else in good standing needs a card.

Thanks for you patience.

UPDATE:

A new webpage is being designed for NAPKA. It will be an up to date web page with easier user controls and access from any device. It's going to take about a week till I see the preview. I have records of all up to date members, and we will be sending out an email once the new page is up and running to have everyone reset their passwords. Again thanks for the patience while we burn through this.

If we have any hiccups, I will be sure to let you know.

Just an update on the website stuff. Lots of work still happening.
Cool new features coming

You will be able to register online without printing out a registration form and then scanning it back to us.
You will be able to electronically sign a waiver form online and just hit send, also without printing it out and scanning it to send it back.

Also will be able to down load your "passport" photo directly to the website and hit send.

Automated reminders when your payment for membership is due if you don't select auto pay.

Streamlining is what the future will bring making it easier to update your membership from any type of electronic device or computer you wish and keep everything secure. I'm very excited for the changes happening. Things should be complete by next weekend. I will continue to update as needed
