While Spring SOBB is currently in progress. Is it too soon to make a thread for Fall? I hope everyone can make it. SOBB gets better and better every year, as we bring new people to the fold and reunite with our longtime kite family members. See you all soon.

Looks like 8/30-9/8 (as I sit beside a spring SOBB fire fueled by driftwood and rock hard Eli firewood consisting of 85% knots (unsplitable))

I miss you both.

So those dates are confirmed then? Is there a race or event planned on one weekend that I should focus on being there for? I need to get my vacation book off in so I can be there this time :)

It's all generally fun time. No scheduled races to speak of. The first weekend is usually more of a party (but we do a pretty good job the rest of the time).

Way more people on the first weekend because it's the Labour day long weekend. Then we settle in to serious good times for the remainder...

Buggy camp is underway. The Canadians have already moved in. So has the mayor. Eli has the fire going and we got canopy up. Can't wait to see everyone there.

Not positive. He and his wife are not here (so far). They are always at buggy camp and are not this year.
Hopefully all is ok with them. I love all my buggy camp buddies.

Agreed, not positive. I don't have a phone number for him but I did just send him an email to check in. More if I learn more.
