Lost phone on Fri April 5,2019 Lost on plya Moto Z3 Last location Idaho but Im in Ca.. So I know some one has it Please help

Assuming Android OS, have you used "Find My Device"?

https://www.google.com/android/find

Unless the phone battery is dead or dying, it should put you fairly close to your phone and even if the phone is on vibrate, Find My Device can force the phone to audibly ring.
