| Looking forward to JIBE 2019

As always, it's Thursday so we are starting to think about pre-booking for JIBE 2019.
Took a look at NOAA's tide predictions for May 2019 https://tidesandcurrents.noaa.gov/noaatidepredictions.html?i...
Looks like the most reasonable assumption is the week of Monday 5/13/2019 with a Low Tide starting at 11:14 am...

Angus... is this a reasonable assumption?
I'm going to take a nap now |

Yeah I was looking at the wrong notes. I meant to have put down 4/29 mon. low tide 11:47 through 5/3 fri. low tide 2:58 same reasons
fewer beach goers.

The very first JIBE was in the fall, when we first thought of the idea for the event. Then I realized that we had dodged a few meteorological bullets
being in the thick of hurricane season. The odds have played out well for May, but you never know.

Right guys, we'll get to work on it. I think I lost the Ouija Board in the sand. I'll work the tide dates, check with Jekyll Island and lock
something in as soon as possible. But if one more person asks me "What's the weather going to be like?"...

I should have added that unless there is some extraordinary circumstance, we should not expect objections. Even in the past when JIBE has coincided
with the Turtle Crawl Triathlon activities, it has not created conflict besides minor parking lot issues.
Nonetheless, until we get confirmation, it would be wise to leave a back door out on financial obligations such as rental deposits and work related
vacation requests. We should have something within the week.
