Getting wet at JIBE

I have a water rig, but have never used it. Is anyone coming to JIBE going to get wet? If so, would you mind taking a small amount of time helping a water noob?

I've had 1 lesson which was about setup. Launch, landing, body dragging, and self rescue.

I can kiteboard with an ATB, and I grew up surfing, skim boarding, wake boarding etc.

Never even had the board in the water lol
