I wish it was filmed from a distance to actually see the rider and board ...and kite. Fixed POV is limiting.

A crash at 60 mph on a board seems disastrous... ( injurious)...

...and any imbalance in little wheels at that speed would be a REAL problem.

Wonder what board was used?

Remarkable achievement.

Looking at an earlier Ivanpah video and looking at the sponsor list on the Vimeo video for the world record, he looks to be riding a French made carbon fiber deck called an X-Shape X-Race (http://www.x-shape.fr/en/shop/race/x-race/).

In the Ivanpah footage it looks like he has opted for MBS trucks rather than one of the Trampa trucks offered on the X-Shape website. Can't tell what tires he is running, but they look oversized.
