Advice on Powder day

Any advice between 17m speed and 9m peak in 12"-16" of snow. Winds look to be 10-13 mph with gusts to 18mph. Never get deep snow so this is new experience. I am guessing that wind is marginal at best.

Need more info. How much do you weigh, what do you have on your feet, what is your overall kiting experience level.
