It would be interesting to know how your man gets into and out of his hot-wire system. I've never used one myself. Plummet used to wear his harness
when entering the buggy but then swapped over to the hot-wire once seated.

Frank takes place in his buggy and then he locks his seatbelt by a wichard which is connected with his quickrelease. So he needs to start and land his
kites while sitting in the buggy. In my opinion, its very dangerous, but he likes it.
By the way, this is not allowed for racing.
