WEENIE ROAST!!! Thurs. night at the campgrounds.

Hey gang,... Thought it might be fun to have a weenie roast (HOT DOGS YOU PERV.) over the campfire Thursday night... Say 8:00pm at the JI campground sight A12.

I'll get a few packs of hot dogs and buns and start the fire... you bring a chair, a skewer to cook your dog on and something to drink (H2O or coffee for me :smilegrin: )

We can sit around and stair at the fire and fellowship, talk about big huge kites, buggies, ATBs, how fast we went that day etc etc etc,... You know,... All that stuff we're doing on the computer right now on this forum,... Only in real life.

Anyone interested?

Wow great response guys,... I was planning on just getting like 3 packs of hot dogs, so if anyone wants to contribute another pack and some buns that'd be awesome

I didn't run this by Kevin and we're sharing a campsite... Hope he's ok with it!!!

HAHA Chris...

FYI guys... The Campground does have a "lights out" policy after 10pm, so we won't really be able to linger TOO long but a couple of hours should be a fun time.

hmmm, good point. I will ask them about this in the morning but mostly folks here are pretty easy going as long as nothing gets out of hand. A very high percentage of JIBE attendees are at the campground so a few visitors should not be a problem.

And 10 pm is about my bed time anyway. ;-)

If you are staying on the campground, ...I don't know what they technically consider an adult, but the gal on the phone (when making my res) told me that they add a charge on to the site's price with more than 4 adults.

probably 18 yrs old

As far as guest's goes, I'm sure as long as we aren't rowdy and loud, it shouldn't be a problem especially if the majority clear out by their light's out time.

So I have picked up 3 packs of dogs, and 3 packs of buns,... 8 per pack so thats 24 dogs. I also have mustard, ketchup, and relish (and Mayo if you're weird like me). Angus said he would bring sauerkraut and jalapenos. If you guys don't think thats enough, I would appreciate it if someone could pick up more.

its BYO beverage so come on if you can, and if you want to bring something additional to eat, that'd be cool.

let me know!!!
