time for a new thread in a quite corner of the forum

A couple of events in the last year seem to be expanding the "market penetration" of the Association. With this current expansion of NAPKA it seem that there will [or already are] be members in new/ under represented regions of North America.

What is involved in establishing or certifying new clubs for these regions.
