Just a note. Registration for dead bird 2006 starts Sept. 1. If you plan on attending please register. This is a free event we just need to get a head count to make sure we have enough food for the pre-event and thanksgiving feast. For more information go to the web site.

So if one were to fly into town with kites in hand, what would one need to attend, Is the venue near accomodations etc. Anyone wanna host a Canadian visitor?

No idea, just playing with the idea of comming down there, Still have to see if I can get the time off. What would be the best place to arrive at?

Hobby airport is the best to fly into. its only 30 min. to the island iha is 1.5 hrs to the beach. Check out southwest airlines to hobby........aj
