Nice job! I'm still waiting for some wind to get out on my new to me buggy and start learning. On a separate note I taught my Nephew to power kite
last week eventually working up to the Twister IIR 5.6. He too has the grass stains all over his shorts that were reflective of his effort!

MN, do your self a favor, go to a Army Navy store, pick up a pair camo cargo pants,(usually around 10 or 12 bucks) Wear them out to fly, they are
light weight, throw away if you screw them up, very comfortable, and extra pockets if you need them. You will save money in the long run and keeps the
wife happy! You know how it goes, happy wife, happy life!
Eventually you can move up to MX gear, the pants, shirts, gloves ( which you should almost always wear), and eventually a helmet. These slide a lot
easier on grass, also light weight, but extra protection in the right spots! Hold up way better than any jeans will!
If you want to learn to scud or have already figured it out, get a pair of "skate" shoes, flat soles help you scud much faster. Then you will also
have a pair of "kiting" shoes!
Welcome to the party! Now it's time to rock!
Ride on!
