On the left, These work good under heavy wind and will light up slightly with the bug sitting still. I think the reason why I dont use them anymore is the fan broke off easily. Very cool...Love the Night Buggy, just working on my new tail-lights now.

Sadly, the quality of the products on DealExtreme varies widely to the point of being a crap shoot.

While there might be more of an initial outlay, I think you might be better off in the long run checking if the Duck Design product ever went to production.

Another alternative might be the ReelLight (magnetic induction, rather than wind powered), which is a shipping product and available in a variety of flavors.
