Well, I owe Martin a big thanks today. Not only did he get me interested in the Phantom 15, but I was ready to bail on what looked like marginal
conditions when he called me to tell me he was on the way.
Got to LB to find light winds, I'd say 10-15, and DEAD ONSHORE
Got Janet out on the buggy and did some fixed bridle runs back and forth with her, then I took my Phanny out!
WOW- I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my first ride on this kite. I'll get some small amount of vid up (battery died) soon, but it was just a
dream to fly. I don't think I've ever felt as comfortable harnessed into a big depower before.
Had some great runs up and down the beach- with Martin and his whole crew out there too. They even rigged up a tandem for a couple of members who are
just getting started.
One more great LB session in the books- hope to see you there again soon Cheezy

So here's some video from Saturday's session. I forgot to charge the battery after my last outing so I have limited footage. 1st half is my wife and
me sharing the beach for some short runs between a pair of jetties (always a great day when I can get her on the buggy).
2nd bit is the maiden flight of, and some buggying with, my new Phantom 15m. I have to say I absolutely love this kite. Was a short session, but
once I got comfortable I was cruising around 20 mph with plenty of power left- and the wind was light, I'd say between 10 and 15mph.
What a gentle kite- very reassuring in the sky.
I hope you enjoy the vid- Lad, as you can see I'm taking good care of her... and for the record, this is a double Phanny session. Martin and crew
were there and he was cruising on his Phanny 15 all evening.
Cheezy- I think the second one will work for mobile users- please let me know.

i checked out silver pt durring the morning, only had a lite breeze .. winds were totally on at about 6pm, i had to do Mothers Day thing by than. this
is a far superior beach to L.B. just big and wide. Apx 1.5 miles jety to jety. but wrong time of year to start there.... Save it for the fall so it's
not a political issue.

Just checked out the vid Mike, Great stuff! Now that you have been under the Phantom, you will want more of them. I usually only fly my Phantoms now!
