I like Wind Alert. Works great once you configure and get used to it.

WindForecast is excellent! It has proven to be quite accurate. I have no fewer than 7 iPhone weather apps and this is the one I use the most.
WeatherHD and Radar are good weather radar apps that have saved my butt when fronts have been incoming. More than once I have packed up and jumped in
the car just as rain and/or winds have hit. Gotta love it when you get the timing right!
