Onlooker Questions (and your Snappy Answers!)

In the spirit of MAD magazine, add your own amusing Qs and As about your sport with curious onlookers here!
Typical exchanges:
(Middle school boys running up, mistaking me for a paraplane pilot)
"Are you going to take off in that thing?"
"Not on purpose..."
 "Where is the engine?"
"Right here..." (pointing at kite bag)
"Why'd you take it out?"
"Not enough fuel" (pointing in the air)
My favorite so far:
(Two MILFy types, #@%$#!tails in hand, approach me on the beach at Treasure Island, pointing at my Bigfoot XR and Phantom)
"...is that YOUR name...'PETER LYNN'?"
(I was tempted to say, "no that's my dad, I'm just testing his inventions!")

I have a PL windsock, and have had the same question asked of me, "are you Peter Lynn?" :dunno: I think I'd be pretty vain to have my name printed on
a windsock, haha.(not that PL is vain, but as a company it's marketing) I just point at my buggy, and say he's an industry pioneer, then say, "You
wanna learn to fly one of these? I have a trainer.." Don't often get a taker though.

I borrowed that one from someone that got asked that. It's easy to understand the line of thinking if you think you always have to run backwards to
make a kite fly.

"Did you ride your motorcycle today?"
.."Nope. I was expecting turbulence in my truck... " I've actually said that several times and get a delayed "...Oh... Yea... HAHA."

Some lady was curiously looking at my truck in a parking lot last week and as I was unlocking the door she asked "Are you Peter Lynn? "No I said he is
a kite maker that also makes buggies"
her-What does that mean?
me- I show her the tailgate of my truck with a very clear picture of a rider in a buggy being pulled by a big damn kite.
her- do you pull it with a horse?
I started to chuckle because all I could think of was 80mph & 80miles!!!!
