Christmas goodies got the best of me

Got a great weekend of snowboarding planned starting tomorrow. I bought a brand new pair of snowboard pants at the beginning of December, tried them
on last night for fun. Well they buttoned up perfectly when I bought them, but now I have to suck the gut in all the way just to get them to snap
shut. If I let the gut out again, the two snaps pop right open again. So much for being all suited up in new gear. Now I know I have to get back on
the trx, and running again.

miss llifting. Its really the only exercise im really good at... 30 days seriously hitting the gym, ill drop a ton of fat and bulk up... Something
about my body... i cant cardio for s**t, but put some dumbells in my hands and i turn into a madman

I love my trx!! Probably the most torture you can do to shred fat IMO. I worked out in high school and through trade school. I never got much results
as I usually did the same repetitive exercises. The trx pro pack came with a basic workout DVD that really makes me cry after once I near the last few
exercises. They say that you need weights to bulk up, but my buddy got pretty big doing the military workout. Get it, and it be one of the last pieces
of equipment you'll need.

It just doesn't work so well when you leave it sitting in the bag on the shelf. I gotta get it set back up now that we're settled into our home
