car cover as a power kite

today i was putting my car cover on, and the 15-20 mph winds kept filling it up, making it very difficult to handle, would probably make a decent kite
haha.....

I had the opposite idea once. Use my useless old foil as a car cover ! It became a BBQ cover instead.

Tried covering a 36' RV in a breeze. Almost took me off the roof for a ride. Lesson learned.

After one runaway incident, I have switch out to using HQ stakes for my tri-shades and they have been much better behaved ever since.

Unless on ice we stake sunshades and other such stuctures with screw in dog stakes. On ice we use ice srews. Shouldn't we call dog stakes dog screws?
Or would that be wrong??
