Who is going and where are good spots. So far I have been told of:
Mirage Lake Bed. Location unknown
Harpers dry lake which is north and west of Barstow CA about 25miles
Anymore would be good to know about and a meeting spot would be greatly appreciated for this first time event goer.

el mirage dry lake is near adelanto ca, its going to be closed due to rains???$15 per day 30 for the week and 90 for a season pass.
according to the nabx site it says the pre event is going to be at harpers dry lake.
