SOBB 2012 - a def maybe.....

I was sitting with my daughter today flipping through pics and videos on my phone (most of her or of ice carving from the past few weeks) and there was a nice long clip of Eli practicing (and doing) the deadman turn - I think that's what it's called). She asked where it was so I told her it's when I was away at the ocean flying kites and that it was a long way away and that I missed her. She said "Maybe I can come with you and fly kites next time. That way you won't miss me."

Time to start the case with mommy.....

SBBB official dates are May 26th thru June 3rd. The better tides with a holiday to give working folks a three day weekend.

The tides were not the best during that time so we chose dates that would make it worth while.

Arkay - I haven't given up hope on a Manzo stay during the summer - consider this your warning!

The plans to have the bun in the oven aren't going as smoothly this time around (who knew a child running around would make it hard to "find time" ) which, as a small bonus means we'll be probably pretty summer vacationally mobile for some outta town escapes this summer!

First - I'm just trying to verify the real dates. If it's May 23rd thru June 3 that's fine.

Second - I said that if Alvord was dry it might be a tough decision as to which event to attend. Won't know about Alvord until April or so.
