Don't cha hate when you do something stuuuupid.

Was out on a great early morning session witha 12m Charger in heavy surf monday morning. Was really tired, and it was still early (6-10am)... Wrapped up the kite, and everything else.. but was tired, and tons of seweed on the beach.. so for some reason I did not wrap up my bar.

Zero7 peter Lynn bar and lines, safety had been activated to land the kite... near public access entrance #8 at surfside between the first and second trash can headed away from the Perrigrine condo's.

Went back and looked... but it was gone....

Gotta hate when ya do something stupid.

I'll keep an eye out for it. It might end up on Craigslist.

Don't get down on yourself. There's dumberer me who left our DSLR sitting on a park bench in Key West. With the 18-200mm telephoto on it.

Yeah, like we'll ever see that thing turned in. Hope you have better luck in recovery than we seem to be having. Maybe we can hold faith that all kiters are good eggs......just gotta hope said kiter finds your bar and then finds you! To anyone else it's just a messed up, wacky fishing rod
