Well, maybe all the arc demand wasn't quenched last night. I have hardly used this kite and now that I'm moving into the desert, it is even less likely to get used. It is a torque monster, but can be a teddy bear too. I have pics of my son flying it sitting in a beach chair with autozenith in full force.

This kite has a mod to it where there are lines running from the tips to the center of the kite. They are similar to a bridle line but they are only a single small line on each side. They minimize the flair an arc can do if the kite suddenly loses wind. I've never noticed any negative with it installed so never thought much about it. It could be removed if you didn't like it. Another mod that used to be in place but was removed before I bought the kite, had several small holes placed in front of the top strap on the kite. These holes were patched with round ripstop tape inside and out and are perfectly sound with no affect on the kite or flight.

You can buggy on hard ground with this kite as low as 5-6 mph. On water performance would depend on weight and board size. Arcs don't brag about low wind performance, but this one is as good as any ever made IMHO.

The kite comes with a brand new Scorpion bag (It didn't come with a bag when I bought it) and new Coastal Wind Sports spars.

This is it flying beside my 15m Phantom. If you zoom in, you can see how insignificant the mod is. The pic is deceiving but this kite is about a foot longer than the phantom beside it at about 33' long. the extra square meters come from its height rather than length.
