There are a fair number of UK kiters here, as well as fliers from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Guam, Japan, New Zealand, etc.  
No passports or visas required.

P.S.  www.kitecrowd.com probably has a larger UK population as it was originally maintained by Flexifoil, but no reason not to be a member of both.
