Look out Chris Krug!

That's right buddy..

I saw the official PL news announcment.. just now. Looks like it's been up a while but that's how I roll. Always a step behind. Well now it looks like I'm on the Peter Lynn Snowkite Team and that means we've got to step it up! You on the skis, me on a board. Time for us to take it to the next level I guess huh?

So.. I can't match your speed, and my tricks really aren't that technical.. hmm. I'll think of something.

So it looks like I've got to clean up my act and be presentable right? I may get kicked off the team before the winter season is over, but I'll go out in style!

I'm hosting to Snowkite Clinics here in MN the end of Jan and end of Feb. Anyone interested, let me know. I'll also be at the UMD Snowkite Expo and Mille Lacs Snowkite Crossing. With my new job being the boss, I doubt I'll make it to Kitestorm again so I'll miss you Krug.. actually, probably just Molly. I think everyone here should encourage Krug to come visit me this year and dominate the Mille Lacs Kite Crossing instead!

So, new job in northern MN is keeping me busy, but I'll do my best as a PL team rider to share the winter love coming up this season. Just got 10 inches of snow in Bigfork thursday and waiting on wind. Stay cold!

Ohh, and check out my old F-arc tent! haha.. Not setup properly, but gives you an idea of how dangerous I am with my sewing machine. Hope to have it up properly at events with a woodstove inside to stay warm.

Congrats on your PL team rider spot!

Love the tent, I was going to do something like that with the 20m bomba I had, but it has a new home now.

Congrats on the PL recognition.
Do'nt you just love the creative process ,making something out of something , something out of nothing , sometimes nothing out of something.
Is that tent going to be an inflatable dome or have a frame.
That snow looks beautiful we just lost 2' in 2 days

LOL Congrats A.

I'm psyched you're in and and I think you are and will continue to be a great asset to futhering the Peter Lynn goal of world domination. (wait did I just type that out loud?)

I MEAN YOU ARE A GREAT AMBASSADOR TO THE SPORT AND A VALUABLE MEMBER OF THE PETER LYNN TEAM!

No really, I mean that last shouting part.

I think snowkiting is still the red headed stepchild of kite sport but I think Peter Lynn is doing good by expanding the Snowkite segment of the team. I'm glad to see it. Always seemed a little silly to see a dozen or so Kiteboarders, a bunch of buggiers and KGBs and only 2 snowkiters on the PL site. But then it's probably an accurate illustration of the market. Hopefully we'll see more expansion in the future.

I don't think you're capable of cleaning up your act. The best we can hope for is that your smarter half (Em, not Brock) can continue to cover it up. The Peter Lynn papparazi are gonna be looking for you now.

I'm glad you're on the team.

Bigfork must have got about 12 inches. -30 degrees this morning though. Need more wind and less frigid temps! Always doin what I can for the PL crew, official or not. Come north, no rain, just snow here!

I'm rather interested in a snowkite clinic...
What would be required, bring your own kite + board?

Yeah, bring your goods! Official info here but since you're not an scsu student the fees might not apply. Just come and if you help with students we'll work on other stuff after.

Hmm... I'll bring that 19m Synergy you sold me, complete with MN Adventure patch!

Don't know how much of a help I could be but I certainly would try. Setting up lines, inflating, launching?
I'm curious to try snowkiting, never done it effectively. Always had trouble getting moving and keeping and edge on snow. Maybe the board I was using was crap and the conditions weren't good.
