I had ordered two kites from Pablo, and after the order, I called to ask the expected ETA. When it was apparent they wouldn't get to me before my vacation, he graciously offerred to expedite the shipping without charge. I told him no big deal, I'll just make do with what I have and enjoy them when I get back. I was thrilled to see them arrive today in time for vacation! Great job, Pablo!

I thought I had already posted here but apparently not. I have only dealt with Angus (Acampbell) of coastal wind sports. My Grandad always told me to do what you love and you will be successful at it. This is Angus top to bottom. He has gone above and beyond in education, delivery, warranty, and personally as well. Tridude beat me to it. He was very comforting to deal with on his Crossfire 5. He was much more concerned with me getting a safe, high quality kite rather than what he got out of the deal. He was proud of the care he had given the kite and wanted to make sure I was getting what I had hoped for/expected. If you were to buy something from him, rest assured it is at least as good as he says it is.

Yeah..that Tridude is a pretty cool guy. However, I still think he crashed my demo Ace into his van on purpose

I saw him flying on Saturday and he didn't "look" like someone who would accidentally crash a kite into a car. Hmmmm. Now that I think about it, he did have blood oozing out of both knees when he left. No whining about it though. You have to admit it really made the video more interesting.

Got to give props to Pablo. I bought a Viokite Proteus from him off Ebay before I really was into this forum, and since then he's supplied me with 2, 3, and 4m Broozas in mint condition.

I appreciate how much knowledge he shares and the low profile he keeps as a PKD rep. BTW, this is something I appreciate about the other reps who are mainstays of this forum.
