Trainer kites HQ hydra

is the HQ Hydra good for body dragging like it says it is in high winds how fast are "high winds" and I was also wondering if any trainer kites were sold that had power bars instead of two lines tied to a bar

North , Best , Naish and others all sell 5m inflatable depower kites. That is pretty much a trainer ?

Ozone sells a 4m Access .

Powerzone does a depower mod to the Hydra and can do one for you.

Yes, you can body drag with the Hydra . How much wind depends on how much body. A small person may only need 15mph ? Strong wind would probably be 20mph but that is subjective . Body dragging has a LOT to do with technique. Do it right and you don't need a ton of power.
