Wind when I work
checking the weather after work and of course when I have to work there is wind
I think that I need to get a job that gives time off when there is wind and tons of work when there isn't
Just found an awesome new hidden lake in the middle of no where. Huge open beach and you can walk out to the middle almost and it only 5 feet deep.
nice and open and good for all wind directions. Locals call it reflection lake but we are calling it heaven. Will post pics the next time we head out
there.

I have a three day weekend and was over blessed so far. Today gust was in the upper 20's. But we just got in from a late session and it had dropped to
5-7. Flying after sun set is the bomb! my favorite time.

Sounds like a great weekend. If the winds hold true I think I'll end up going out after work one or two evenings. Always wanted to try a night fly as
well but haven't found a good moment to do that. Yesterday the winds were a nice 15mph gusting to17-20mph. Best winds I've flown the Scorp in. When it
hits closer to 20 that thing definitely releases a different animal, that I'm trying to warm up to. I want lift but want to be able to handle it at
the same time. Had the center strap loose and the sides just under half. Only braved letting the trim out about 1/4 way, that's when the lift started
to show its potential. Yikes!!!!

Try working in a kite shop and having all your friends calling you all day telling you how good it is, then, when ya get off the wind stops blowing
altogether. It is a way of life for me. LOL! Im so used to it I don't even freak out anymore.
