"Nab-ex"?

Or "Enn ay bee ex" or "Nabe-ex"

Just curious on the pronunciation. Trying to mask the "newb"

(Gave up waiting. I'm shutting off the laptop to go start packing things up right now.....this is like Christmas coming times a million!)

The answer to the pronunciation question is Yes!!!:puzzled:
I've heard it several different ways, so put your own spin if you'd like, hehehe... Nab-ex is pretty common, again I've heard it every way sept sideways... LOL:rolleyes:

I'm far from a veteran though, maybe a vet could give the Official Pronunciation for us...

Although I think I use the "Nay-Backs" the most...:o:singing:

Have fun with it, don't worry too much... we'll see ya there...:wee:

I prefer pronouncing it as nab-ex. But I've never been there, so I'm not sure if I get to have an opinion?

I don't think most people care how you say it. Just be there and party. It is a great time.

Hey Sailors,

WHAT? There's a party? Where?

How come nobody told me?

Did you fall for it?
Did I make you laugh?

Well, just let me say: Welcome Home!
No-one cares how many or few times you've been here but you.
And that's just thinking about the ones you've missed.
By your second day, you'll no longer be a newbie.

The exclusivity of our group is only in the fact that there are so few in the world who kite and buggy.
I say this every year and I swear it's true (ask around if you don't believe me)
"You'll be among your best friends, most of whom you haven't met yet."

This event helps build and strengthen not only the world-wide buggy community, but our neighborhood as well. Buggytown becomes a vibrant little village, lasting only a week, but helping forge relationships that endure.
This is part of what we take home.

We make a big pot of fresh-brewed, fresh-ground Colombian coffee every morning at the Mayor's Office. Bring your cup and stop by.

Safen Up! Buggy On!
