Greetings,

Looks like you have it figured out.

I'm not sure if you plan on jumping but if so keep an eye out for Coyote Rollerblades. Your set up is great for speed but the Coyotes are a bit safer for jumping.

:wee:

Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .

Skates I use

Hi,

I bought the skates used. They are looking professional manufactured with 12'' scooter wheels (like doomwheels) and ski binding (no savety binding). The frame is welded out of aluminium hoses. But there is no name of a manufacturer on the skates.
As I go for skiing also in winter (with and without kite) the skates are much easier to use as a ATB, which I tried before (with less success).

greetings

Peter

I am with you Peter,

I have taught myself how to ride a mountian board now but the kite and Blades felt natural to me. I am having the time of my life running comfortable in the mid 30 kph range and jumping 10 + feet high. Faster and higher with more style is very possible. :wee:

Have you tried a spin yet Phree ?

Can you talk me through it please ? Particularily spotting your landing and slowing the rotation.

YEAH,

GOT THE ROTATIONS GOING WITH GOOD SUCCESS,

ACTUALLY THE TRANSITIONS ARE THE BETTER FLOW SPOTS FOR ME. I

STAY TUCKED TIGHT, LEAD WITH HEAD AND TORSO MOMENTUM AND THE MOST IMPORTANT PART ....LOOK ! AND STAY TUCKED !

REALLY SELECTIVE WITH THE WIND 12-15MPH ONSHORE /SIDE ON IS FUN ANY MORE THEN SPACE IS A PROBLEM

RIGHT ON !LOOKING GOOD PETER! GLAD TO HAVE YOU ON FORUM

I'm good with the lead with your head and shoulders bit. On skis I would slow a spin opening my arms. On the ATB I guess you open up ? When you say stay tucked can I take it that open up to slow down follows ?

YES space. Nice stuff. We get it when we travel :ticking:

tucked tight , kness to high closer to chest . knees together

stay balled up , when parts start flailing about it kills the speed in the rotation.

all the same on the board.
