The route south takes us down I15 all the way to Vegas. Where are your favorite spots for kiting close to I15 in Montana, Idaho, Utah, and Nevada and
what conditions would we expect at the end of March?
I've always wanted to snowkite at Skyline Utah so it is on my wish list. Any other spot(s) going to be better?
