| kite control bar

Im looking to get a bar control for my peter lynn pepper but I dont know loads about it and I dont know what would be the best one to go for. Id like
to be able to do a bit of landboarding with it too, so if anyone can offer any advice that'd be great. |

If you can swing the high price, the ozone turbo bar can't be beat for fixed bridle kites. I have one and absolutely love it. Control is amazing,
turning if very fast, really a great piece of kit, it adds a slight depower effect to fixed bridles, really cool stuff. |

Or just leave it on handles. You don't need a bar to board. I've never used a crossover but I know they are better than standard bars but again,
they aren't necessary for boarding. Bars can be expensive. You could save that money for another kite and expand your window instead of changing
your control options. Depower Quiver: 14m Gin Eskimo, 10m Gin Eskimo III, 6m Gin Yeti, 4.5m Gin Yeti (custom bridle and mixer)Fixed Bridle Quiver: MAC Bego 400, JOJO ET Instinct 2.5 & 5.5, Lil Devil 1.5, Sting 1.2
 Rides: Ground Industries

This was the advice I constantly got during my bar phase.

Fortunately I had most of the bits and peices so didn't spend too much.

You get a LOT more out of a fixed bridle kite on handles. I'm convinced of that now. If anything I was waisting time on those bars when I could have
been improving my handle skills.

I still mostly fly on a bar but I have moved to depower.

I agree that money put toward a bar is better put toward a depower kite.
