Aberdeen Scotland

Where can I kite buggy in Aberdeen Scotland? I will be there the end of August and beginning of September for work. The wind there is constant and the rolling green hills in the shire look perfect for buggying. I saw some guys kite surfing last time I was there at Balmedie beach.

As you noted already, there's Balmedie Beach, then in Aberdeen they are out buggying and ATB at Queens Links.
A couple of web sites to look into:
http://tractionkiting.co.uk/
http://www.spka.co.uk/locations.shtml

There are quite a few nice beaches strung along the coast if you will have a vehicle.
Head down to Lunan Bay and Arbroath and then down to St Andrews, or head north, lot's of places there as well.

And for a nice scenic stop - south of Aberdeen is Stonehaven and just south of Stonehaven is Dunottar Castle - fantastic view.
