In the meantime, I called Dell City Sheriff who check the Linda Lake occasionally and they said it's a little damp standing around due to more precipitation this year... Also, they mentioned to me that May and June months are the driest time of the year. El Paso, Texas even got some snow which was rare and unusually weather came by lately. Time to put snow skis back on feet in the mountains, yippee! Exploration in west Texas is on hold for me and about to enjoy the holidays soon.
