T-minus 26 hours and I'm on the road! Equipment checked and re-checked what else is there to do but to sit and wait? Oh, I guess there's always work.

Doh. Still need to pack the car tonight... heh. Course, the wife wants to do some last minute shopping. Figured it would work better if I didnt have a
trunk full of buggy stuff BEFORE went shopping. Groceries fit a little bit better...
Hey Todd- are you guys bringing your water boards/gear as well? I was debating, and hadnt decided yet... Just wonderin...

Power,
Tell 'em at home not to worry about you. You need to stay over with someone whose bringing his family. That way, the mom/wife can tell 'em she'll keep
you from finding trouble!
She can even borrow their hair brush, hickory stick, or whatever they use at home to keep you in line!

night buggying is cool
i did it many times at nabx.
for those of you wanting to try it.
try this next time your day buggying.
when its safe. close your eyes and see how long you can go without opening your eyes.
i did that too at nabx. its really wild buggying with your eyes closed.

How much are those lights? I have several sets of lights for the single line kites. But nothing to play with the buggy and power kites.

you wrap that around the lines or the kite itself? it looks like its just el wire...whoever said they wanted some this sould get get alot of el wire
and stick to the kite, down the lines, and around themselfs with the battery pack in their pocket
http://www.glowproducts.ca/catalog/i190.html
also heres something else to think about(but it seems more expensive then glowsticks)
also http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrnLF04qmsM
oh and turns out if you mircowave your glowsticks for 10 seconds they get brighter http://www.metacafe.com/watch/869110/make_your_glow_stick_su...
EDIT: what day do yall plan on doing a night flying session? (ill be there thursday and saturday it looks like)
EDIT2:if anyone has a spare set of flying lines they want to sell lemme know, i may need a new set for my 5meter kite....

Welcome to the bunch LostFox1, I just remembered that the Apollo has a grill but I don't know if it's set up yet. I'll ask tomorrow when I check in
then give you a call. I would be down for a good BBQ in the evening.
