everything was fine until a gust pulled me into water just shallow enough for the heelside edge to hit bottom. when I tried to stop i got yarded
instead. hehe it was a bit scary but fun at the same time!

I'm totally good. I was only about 5ft up in the air so the landing was pretty low impact.
helmets and lifejacket/impact vests are GOOOOOD!
