I've found one of my new favorite places to kite. The South jetty of the columbia river. It has tons of beach, no people, and more wind than
seaside! In fort stevens just follow the signs and shazam! you're there. It's a little bit of a walk in (not highly recommended for buggiers) but
it's worth it in a south western wind. The coast slowly curves more and more west toward the north making it the perfect spot In a south western
wind you get a to board at an angle that you don't have to zigzag upwind.
