"POWER RISER KITING" "POWER STILT KITING"
O.K... I just came up with a crazy (or not so crazy) idea for a new kind of kiting... any comments... and does any one have these I could barrow so I
could try this...:o
Take these Power Risers and a good jumping kite like a Blade IV or in my case Crossfire II 6.5m and/or 5m HAKA and go for it... Pendulum jumping at
its best...

First thing that comes to mind is trying to nail that landing. OWWW!! And having to do it on a fairly hard surface no less.

I'm not the king of jumping !
The bit I've done and the way I see it, having spring in your step doesn't make for a higher or more floaty jump if you are jumping right. Being able
to load up and edge hard to create pop is more important. Seems to me it would be harder to hold the kite back and so less able to create pop.
Like Jim says, the landing could be tricky as well ! :smug:

Maybe you could figure out a way to fix the bottom "feet" of those things with a doomwheels mod, and have some "doom-stilts"... suspension, and
incredible airtime on some skates 
But I seriously dont think its feasible. Fun to think about, though.
