How in the world do you have a kite but no lines?!

More so, I hate it when there is snow and no firm ice on the lakes and then the ice hardens but the snow disappears and then it warms up and rains and the ice and snow melt and then it snows but the lakes are unuseable... the story of this winter.... and lets not mention the lack of wind throughout so far. :mad:

It's going to blow big time today.
Unfortunately in Vancouver in the winter that means it will also only hit the high 30's and pour heavy rain as well. :flaming:
