Anybody know of any hot-spots around the medditerranean?

I'm thinking of going travelling around mainland europe with some serious kiting going on, and wondered if theres any places well known?

I was in Sardinia earlier in the year and there were a lot of kiteboarders, the sea is so nice out there!
